How do I report a bug?
If you encounter a bug in any of our games, please email us at support@opsaas.games with the following information:
- The name of the game
- Your device model and operating system version
- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce the bug (if possible)
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if applicable)
How do I restore my purchases?
To restore in-app purchases:
- Open the game on the device where you made the original purchase
- Go to Settings within the game
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Sign in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account and data deletion by emailing privacy@opsaas.games. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been deleted.
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page.
What devices are supported?
Our games are designed for iOS devices. Specific requirements are listed on each game's App Store page. Generally, we support:
- iPhone: iPhone SE (2nd generation) and later
- iPad: iPad (6th generation) and later
- iOS: Version 16.0 and later
Is an internet connection required?
Most of our games can be played offline. An internet connection may be required for certain features like leaderboards, cloud saves, and downloading additional content.
